Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

We process and dispatch all orders within 1-3 business days. Standard delivery takes 3-7 business days depending on your location. You will receive a tracking number by email once your order has been dispatched.

Free shipping is available on all orders above $100.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Norrö sheets. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

To initiate a return, please contact us at hello@norro.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide a prepaid return label for eligible returns.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will process your refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange for a different size or colour, please contact us and we will be happy to arrange this for you, subject to availability.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the item and we will resolve this for you promptly.
